No matter what the issue is, marital difficulties, past trauma, or grief and loss the most important aspect of therapy is having a comfortable and trusting relationship with your therapist and I strive to provide that for each of my patients. Because I view each person as unique I am pragmatic in my approach and use a variety of therapeutic methods in my work to assist couples and individuals grow in ways that enhance their lives and their relationships.

My Newport Beach office is a five-minute drive from John Wayne Airport and close to the 73 Toll Road. I chose my office location because of its peaceful and safe atmosphere. My clients find it a calm and comfortable sanctuary. I see a variety of individuals and couples and groups. I am also available to work by phone.

I am licensed in California as a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFC37450), with over twenty-five years of business, training, university, hospital, and private practice experience.  I have received a MA in Counseling Psychology from National University, a Doctorate in Psychology and Psychoanalysis from The Newport Center for Psychoanalytic Studies and I am a Training and Supervising analyst on faculty at the Newport Psychoanalytic Institute in Tustin, CA.
